Accounts Receivable Supervisor (located in Winter Park, FL)
This position is responsible for the daily functions of the Accounts Receivable department. Undergraduate business degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of accounts receivable experience, including two years of AR supervisory experience and strong communication skills. This person must be proficient in the use of Excel, word processing and an adding machine.
International Sales Assistant (located in Rochester, NY)
This position is responsible for supporting the International Sales Division and providing administrative/operational assistance including preparing and applying for licenses, as well as other tasks assigned by the International Sales Manager. This individual must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers. The position requires strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. The majority of the work is performed in an office environment. Travel to the annual trade show is required.
Warehouse Positions
RSR Group, Inc., a national shooting sports distributor, has warehouse openings available in its Grand Prairie, TX distribution center. We are looking for assistance in order pulling and quality assurance.
The primary responsibility of the order pulling position is to pull merchandise from the shelves to fulfill orders. Instructions are given to the order puller through a voice inventory software program. The primary responsibility of the quality assurance position is to inspect packages and then sort, palletize and load packages for shipment. Both positions will assist with other warehouse functions, including packaging orders for shipment.
Preferred candidates will have previous warehouse experience. Knowledge of voice technology systems, RF scanners and basic computer skills is helpful. Requirements: Position Requirements:
• Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Occasional overtime, which includes occasional weekends for 11inventory counts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Sound judgment capabilities
• Effectively communicates with others
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass drug test
• Must pass background check
