sports merchandise and accessories, with five regional
sales centers across
the U.S., including a new Super Center in Grand Prarie, TX. Our company also offers its product selection
internationally. RSR has been serving FFL dealers
around the country
since 1977, and now offers a diverse inventory of
12,000 products from more than 200 manufacturers.

2. How do I become an
RSR customer?
To set up an account with RSR, you must
submit a current, signed copy of your federal firearms
license (for firearms' purchases), state sales tax
exemption certificate, any necessary state and local
licenses,
and a completed
credit application. You will receive an account number
and can then
order
from any of our conveniently located sales
centers. You can also use our Web site to place your
order.

3. What payment options
and terms are available at RSR?
In order to best meet your needs, RSR offers a variety
of easy payment options, including simple open account
procedures, certified check, money order, or credit
card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). To place an order today,
simply call your RSR sales associate using our toll-free
number, or follow the simple online ordering instructions
on this Web site. Please note that our prices
reflect a 2 percent cash discount that cannot be
earned on credit card orders. You can also send a
certified
check or money order with your order, or for your
convenience we will ship COD.

5. How do I request
that I not be sent any more sales and specials via
e-mail?
At the bottom of each e-flyer you receive,
you will find instructions on how to unsubscribe.
Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and
click on the indicated link, or reply to the e-mail

receive with the word “Unsubscribe” in
the subject line, and you will be removed from the
distribution list.

do I contact to access this information quickly?
On the login page, you will find a link for “Forgot
your password or Need a Login?” You will then
be asked to enter your e-mail address, and a temporary

be sent to you at that address.

am not an FFL dealer and sell only accessories. Can
I still purchase product from RSR?
RSR sells firearms only to licensed FFL dealers.
If you are a retailer of firearms-related accessories,
you may purchase these accessories through RSR. If
you are a retail consumer, please visit our Dealer
Locator section, where you can find a dealer
in your area.

8. I am trying to print
your Web pages on my printer, but some of the banners
are not showing up. How can I print all the contents
of each page?
In order to print our Web pages with all the graphics,
you must first change your browser settings. Please
click on Tools in Internet Explorer. Under Internet
Options, select Advanced at the top right. Scroll
down to Printing and check the box for Printing Background
and Color Images, then click Apply.
If you use a Mac computer, choose the File Option,
then Print Preview. In the pop-up window that appears,
check the box Print Background, then Print.
