You will also need to submit the following:

1.	A signed copy of your FFL (for firearms purchases);
2.	Your local business license or state sales tax license;
3.	Appropriate Resale Certificate Select one of the following: New York Resale Certificate Florida Resale Certificate Nevada Resale Certificate Texas Resale Certificate Wisconsin Resale Certificate All Others
4.	Your e-mail address; and
5.	Completed Credit Application if you'd like terms other than cash.

As soon as your information is processed, you will receive a User ID to enter the dealer section of the RSR Group Web site.

If you are unable to print the forms, please e-mail a request, and we will gladly mail you blank forms. In your request, please include your name and mailing address. If you prefer, you may call RSR Group and have the forms faxed or mailed to you.
