Web Developer

RSR Group, Inc. has an opening for a Web Developer at its corporate headquarters located in Winter Park, Florida.

The Web Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of custom-built web applications to support RSR Group’s growing E-commerce business, in addition to bridging our current back-end infrastructure with new front-end web services. This position works with the various business units to define user interfaces and requirements. Responsibilities could include all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, testing, and integration and deployment to ensure quality products are delivered.

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.

This position requires an undergraduate degree in a related field. Substantial experience and knowledge in IT can replace the educational requirement. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Web Developer must be able to manage multiple priorities and have strong organization and analytical skills. Other requirements include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite programs and the ability to work independently.

Assistant Buyer

RSR Group, Inc. has an opening for an Assistant Buyer at its corporate headquarters located in Winter Park, Florida.

The Assistant Buyer is responsible for assisting the purchasing department with order placement, pricing spreadsheets, inventory maintenance, new item entry, spiff/promotion tracking, flyer proofing and system implementation, state regulation compliance, warehouse and accounts payable discrepancies, Safety Data Sheets maintenance updates and various other purchasing projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to superior customer service. In addition, they must be reliable, detail-oriented, be able to meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues. Employees may be required to locate products using powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cherry pickers. They may also be required to pick, sort, pack and ship customer orders. Some positions require working on a mezzanine of a height of up to 15 feet. The use of a voice system may be used to assist with shelving and replenishing merchandise and pulling orders. Employees are expected to understand aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards....

The Sales Generator is responsible for assisting the Assistant National Sales Manager in directing the company’s customer lead generation program. The program consists of prospecting potential customers and qualifying their accounts as sales leads, which will be given to the Service Professionals. This position may perform other administrative sales tasks.
