1. Policies & Terms

RSR Group, Inc. sells firearms to FFL dealers only. Please send us a current signed copy of your FFL, your local business license, resale certificate, email address and completed account application.

Warehouse Hours:
Our Service Professionals are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) at each of our sales locations. Our Nevada sales center is open until 8:00 p.m. ET, so East Coast dealers can call for any last-minute needs. RSR is closed for business on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day.

Inventory:
All products offered from stock are subject to prior sale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. All concerns must be brought to the attention of RSR’s Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Products must be new and in original, unopened packaging (some restrictions apply). Returns may be subject to restocking charges. Click here for more information regarding RSR’s return policy.

Warranty Repairs:
RSR Group, Inc. is not a warranty repair station, and therefore RSR Group, Inc. MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer’s package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.

ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD “AS IS,” WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY. Purchasers of used firearms are urged to contact the manufacturer concerning the availability of an operating/safety manual.

Terms:
In order to best meet your needs, RSR Group, Inc. offers a variety of easy payment options including simple open account procedures, Cash on Delivery (COD), Auto COD (payment upon delivery through ACH eliminating COD fees), certified check, money order, credit card, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions or CHAX Check-by-Fax. For your convenience, RSR Group accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Note: Prices reflect a 2% cash discount that cannot be earned on credit card orders. To make an ACH payment online, please complete and submit our ACH Authorization Form online. RSR Group also offers you the convenience of faxing or phoning us your check information. Additionally, you can also send a certified check or money order with your order, or for your convenience, we will ship COD or Auto COD.

New Customers:
To set up an account with RSR Group, you must submit a current, signed copy of your FFL (for firearms purchases), any necessary state and local business licenses, your resale certificate, an email address and the completed account application.

Compliant Product and NFA Product:
Some handgun and long gun manufacturers are offering their products in compliant versions, for sale in states and territories where specific regulations have been implemented. These models may be priced higher than the standard versions of the same product due to manufacturer surcharges. Ask your RSR Group, Inc. Service Professional about compliant models for your location.

Some products require registration with the ATF under the National Firearms Act.

RSR Group, Inc. cannot be responsible for typographical, image or printing errors. Prices and programs are subject to change without notice. Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise is prohibited.

2. Shipping & Freight

SHIPMENTS TO RETAIL LOCATIONS
(FOR SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE 48 CONTINENTAL STATES)
Orders containing more than $500 in merchandise qualify for free freight. Dealers will be charged $5.00 for the adult signature charge if the order includes a firearm.

Orders containing less than $500 in merchandise will be charged the following rates:

FedEx Ground® – $7.50
FedEx Express Saver ® – $13.00
FedEx 2Day® – $15.00
FedEx Standard Overnight® – $25.00
FedEx Priority Overnight® – $35.00
US Postal Service* – $12.00
*For orders to PO boxes, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. 

If an order must be shipped via 2 shipping methods, the customer will be charged the higher of the two costs. Dealers will be charged an additional $5.00 if a signature service is requested or the order contains product requiring Adult Signature Required.

Exceptions:
All products classified as Limited Quantity including cleaning solvents, CO2 cartridges, non-lethal defense sprays and ammunition must be shipped FedEx Ground®. Our COD policy is one COD amount per box and COD fees are the responsibility of the customer RSR Group also offers an Auto COD payment option in which payment is initiated upon delivery through ACH eliminating COD fees.

Minimum Order Policy:
RSR Group does not have a minimum order requirement. Prices are subject to change based on carrier increases.

Alaska and Hawaii:

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped FedEx 2Day®. Shippable orders of $2,500 or more qualify for free freight. Dealers will be charged $5.00 for the Adult Signature fee, if the order includes a firearm. Orders less than $2,500 will be charged RSR Group’s actual freight charges and the $5.00 Adult Signature Required fee, if the order includes a firearm. If the customer opts to ship via FedEx Standard Overnight® the customer will be charged RSR Group’s actual freight charges. The customer will also be charged the $5.00 Adult Signature Required charge, if the order includes a firearm.

Puerto Rico:

RSR Group will pay freight on shippable orders of $1,500 or more when shipped via FedEx. The customer will only be charged the $5.00 FedEx signature charge. Orders less than $1,500 will be charged discounted freight charges and the $5.00 FedEx signature charge.

Guam and Virgin Islands:
Orders being shipped to Guam and the Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS. The customer will be charged RSR’s actual freight charges for all orders. The customer will also be charged the $3.15 USPS signature charge for non-firearm orders or the $6.65 adult signature charge for orders containing firearms.

FULFILLMENT/DROP SHIPMENTS
All fulfillment/drop shipment orders are subject to RSR’s Fulfillment Flat Rate shipping program which follows:

FedEx Ground® – $7.50
FedEx Express Saver ® – $13.00
FedEx 2Day® – $15.00
FedEx Standard Overnight® – $25.00
FedEx Priority Overnight® – $35.00
US Postal Service – $12.00
The fulfillment flat rate charges are per order per shipping method. Dealers will be charged an additional $5.00 if a signature service is requested or the order contains product requiring Adult Signature Required. If the fulfillment order is shipped in multiple cartons, only one adult signature charge of $5.00 will be charged.

Tasers and air guns shipping for a fulfillment account (or to a modified address for a non-fulfillment dealer) are required to ship with the Adult Signature Required service.

3. Online Catalog Navigation

Search Feature:
Find the products you need with RSR Group, Inc.’s easy-to-use search feature located at the top of each page. Simply enter any of the following information:

  • RSR Part # (SKU): You can search for a specific item by entering the RSR Group Stock Number in the Search Box.
  • Manufacturer Stock/Part #: You can search for a specific item by entering the manufacturer stock number in the Search Box.
  • Keyword: You can perform a keyword search by entering a keyword(s) in the Search Box.
  • UPC Code: You can search for a specific item by entering the UPC code assigned to that item in the Search Box.

Search RSR Group, Inc.’s entire inventory or refine your search by selecting a specific category from the drop-down menu.

Enter your search criteria in the Search Box at the top of the page and click the magnifying glass icon to continue.

Browse Feature:
You can search both categories and manufacturers directly from the homepage, or you can click the links located in the Online Catalog drop-down or sidebar.

  • To Search by Category: Click on Search Categories from the Online Catalog drop-down or sidebar, and select the appropriate product category.
  • To Search by Manufacturer: Click on Search Manufacturers from the Online Catalog drop-down or sidebar, and choose from over 350 vendors to view their available product offering.

Search Results Page:
The search results page will display the results of your search criteria. Add items to your cart by entering quantities in the Order Quantity (QTY) box for any/all items on the page and then click Add to Order. Quantities entered but not added to the order will not carry over from one page to another, so these quantities must be added to your order before leaving the current page. The Clear All button will clear all quantities ordered on the current page.

Special Selections:
All searches automatically default to showing all items available through RSR Group, Inc., but you can choose to refine your search using our filters, located in the sidebar (left side of page). These special selections include:

  • In Stock Items: results will only show products that are in stock at RSR Group, Inc.
  • Coming Soon: results will show products that are new and not yet available.
  • Closeout Items: results will only show products that have been discontinued by either RSR Group, Inc. or the manufacturer.
  • New: results will only show items that are new to RSR Group, Inc. inventory.
  • RSR Exclusive: results will show items only available through RSR Group, Inc.
  • Price Range: To search items based on their price, simply enter the range under the “Price Range” filter and click Go.
  • Flyer Items: results will include items currently featured in flyers.

Filter Results:
From the Search Results page, you can further refine your search by using the filters found in the sidebar. Select specific criteria in each of the filter categories shown to narrow your search and find the products you’re looking for. To select the appropriate filters, click on each of the categories listed under Filter Results that you wish to use to narrow your search. The various features available under each category will open up, and you’ll be able to check the box that shows the features you’re looking for. You may select more than one category from each filter and use as many filters as you need to narrow your search.

Items matching your search criteria will be displayed on the right side of the page. To expand your search or deselect filter features, simply uncheck the corresponding box under the “Filter Your Results” section of the sidebar, or by clicking “clear”. The search results will show all items matching your specified criteria.

You can also sort your search results by price, RSR Group, Inc. part number, featured items, matching relevance or available quantity, by clicking on the Price (Low to High), Price (High to Low), RSR Part #, Featured, Relevance or Available Quantity column heading. You may choose to view between 25, 50, and 100 products on each page.

At any time, you may click on the View Order button to see all items in your order.

More Product Terms:
When viewing your results page and product detail pages, you may find icons, “flags” or special text next to individual products. These include:

  • Coming Soon: This item will be available soon at RSR Group, Inc.
  • New: This item is new and in-stock at RSR Group, Inc.
  • Closeout: This item is a closeout item.
  • Special Purchase: This item is a special purchase available for a limited time. Contact your Service Professional for more information.
  • Flyer: This item is featured at a special price in a current RSR Group, Inc. flyer.
  • Exclusive: This item is available exclusively at RSR Group, Inc.
  • Promo: This item has a current promotion associated with it. Free items and/or discounts will be applied during checkout.
  • Special Order Item: This item is available for online order when merchandise is not in stock. Delivery is dependent on manufacturer availability and production schedules.

These notifications are meant to alert you to special offers and additional information.

Product Detail Page:
Clicking on a specific RSR Group, Inc. part number will display the Product Detail page. The Product Detail page will show an image of the item, product description and detailed product specifications. You can add this item to your order by entering your order quantity in the field provided and clicking the Add to Order button. Depending on the selected product, the Product Detail page may show a list of products related to the featured item, which are also available through RSR Group, Inc.

You can return to your search results page by clicking on the Back to Search Results button found on the left side of the page.

4. Placing Your Order

My Cart:
Access your cart by clicking My Cart in the top right corner of every page. This page shows the current items in your cart. Please note that inventory is not reserved or committed until the Checkout button is clicked.

  • Continue Shopping: Click this button to return to your last search page.
  • Cancel Order: Click this button if you would like to remove all items from your cart.
  • Update Order: To change the quantity of an item in your cart, simply change the number in the Qty column and then click the Update Order button. To remove a single item, click “remove” located under the Qty box or change the number in the Qty column to zero “0” and then click the Update Order button. The item will be removed from your cart.
  • Checkout: Click this button to begin the checkout process. Inventory is not committed until the checkout button is clicked.

NOTE: Handgun orders that do not include a manufacturer supplied lock will receive an RSR Group, Inc. lock at no charge.

Checkout:
Once you click Checkout on the My Cart page, the inventory has been reserved for your order. You have 10 minutes to click the Final Submit button to complete your order.

1. Verify Order & Shipping Method:
Please verify your order. A quantity can be changed on this page by entering a new quantity in the appropriate quantity field.

The default shipping method is also shown for each item. A shipping method for an item can be changed on this page by selecting a new shipping method from the drop-down menu next to the specific item.

After completing quantity or shipping method changes, click the Update Items button that appears above the subtotal to confirm changes. Your timer will be reset to 10 minutes.

Shipping selections are limited by the following:

  • Only two shipping methods can be selected for an order.
  • Only one shipping method can be selected for a part number.
  • RSR Group ships all handguns via FedEx 2Day®. Customers can request to upgrade their handgun shipments to FedEx Standard Overnight® for an additional charge.
  • Ammunition, liquid cleaners, aerosols and compressed gas cartridges must be shipped FedEx Ground®.
  • U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is only available for shipments outside the continental U.S. and for shipments to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.

In this section, you may add an optional P.O. number to your order by filling in the indicated box. You also have the option to add Signature Services to your order. The Signature Service fee will be added to your order total.

NOTE: Orders containing products that require an Adult Signature will incur a Signature Service fee which will be added to your order total.

2. Select Method of Payment:
Choose your payment method by clicking one of the provided options. If you select to pay by credit card or ACH, your checkout page will refresh with the Payment Details section. Fill in the requested information to continue with your order. Your timer will be reset to 10 minutes to ensure that you have enough time to input your details.

NOTE: If you are a COD account you can prepay your order by Credit Card, through ACH online, or by using our Check-by-Fax (CHAX) option. To make an ACH payment, please complete and submit our ACH Authorization Form online. Additional information on using CHAX and ACH payments can be found under the MY ACCOUNT tab on the Payment Options page.

3. Verify Email:
Verify that the email address displayed is correct. If the email address field is blank, please enter your email address so that we can send you a confirmation of your order. Check the “Store this new/updated address” box if you would like your email to auto-populate each time you checkout.

Final Submit:
When all information has been verified, click the Final Submit button to complete your order.

Order Confirmation:
This is your order confirmation and shows all details of your order. Please print this page for your records. An email notification will be sent to you confirming your order. You will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Fulfillment Accounts Ordering Information:
You may browse the online catalog without filling in ship-to addresses. You can search the online catalog and see all products available to you, including items that may be restricted for shipment in certain territories.

When you wish to start an order, simply add an item to your cart and you will be prompted to enter the ship-to address. After entering the ship-to address, you will only be able to add items that are available for shipment to the specified address (items with shipping restrictions will not appear). You may also navigate to My Account: Consumer Address where you can enter the ship-to information before adding items to your cart.

NOTE: Once you have placed items in your cart, you cannot modify the ship-to address, city, state or zip code. To change a consumer address, you must cancel your current order.
